The company has been involved in hundreds of successful financial and Real Estate project transactions throughout the U.S.A. totaling over several millions of dollars and with a success rate of 98% to loan placements. Its founder and President, Anthony C. Copeland has been in the corporate sales and marketing workplace with 30+ very successful years with major corporations such as Oce Engineering, Eli Lilly and Company, Baxter Healthcare, and has also performed research at New York University and the A. H. Robbins Company in Richmond, VA.  His educational background includes a B.A. in Biology/Chemistry from Hampton University and a M.B.A. from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in finance.  He is also a partner in a commercial real estate brokerage firm, Epic Realty that is also located in Houston Texas and has been around for 25 successful years.
