Delicia J. Wyatt is a seasoned professional with many years of experience as a mortgage loan officer, title processor, and working in the field of banking. Delicia received her Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She joined Rebirth Investment Corporation in Januarv 2010 as the Local Loan Consultant Representative in the Hampton Roads and Northern Virginia area.
Delicia currently is an Insurance Agent and business owner of Serenity Guardian Insurance Agency located in Hampton, Virginia servicing all of Virginia and other states. She is active in the community and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women.

EL Usher
EL Usher has served the faith-based community of Houston, Texas for nearly twenty years. Focused on financial strategies, new construction, property renovation and budgeting, his primary expertise targets the non-profit sector, small businesses and fast-growing corporations.
